Who is eligible to purchase on your site?
To be eligible to purchase cannabis products on our site, you must be a medicinal cannabis patient. To become a prescribed patient, a medical consultation with a medical professional is required. Additionally, you must verify that you are at least 19 years of age (or 18 in Alberta and Quebec) and live in Canada.
Please note: We only ship coast to coast within Canada
Do I have to be 19+ years to make a purchase?
The legal minimum age for use of cannabis is 18 if you live in Alberta or Quebec, and 19 if you live in British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. ALL online medical cannabis clinics require Photo ID and strictly prohibit selling to minors. To verify that you are of age, you will be asked to provide photo ID during the medical consultation process. This extra verification is done to ensure that we maintain a safe and secure community. If you do not verify your age or we determine you are under the age of 19 (or 18 in Alberta and Quebec), we will cancel your order immediately and fully refund your payment.
Can I pick-up my order?
No. Currently, we only accept payment via Interac e-Transfer or Credit Card. We will ship your order directly to your door.
Can I order from outside of Canada?
No, we only ship within Canada. This is a strict rule without exceptions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, your expected delivery date is 1-3 business days. Shipping couriers do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free fast shipping and on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a $15 flat rate shipping fee. All orders are shipped expressed and come with a tracking number.
Why did you send my package as ‘signature required?’
As a company policy, we send any order over $500 as a signature required package.
How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is easy and FREE – Register for an account now. All members must be at least 19 years of age (or 18 in Alberta and Quebec) and live in Canada.
I am a new customer. How do I make an order?
Create your free member account. You must be 19+ (or 18+ in Alberta and Quebec) and located in Canada. We are very strict on this policy and there are no exceptions.
Choose products from our Online Shop and then add them to your cart. You can always see your cart by clicking the cart icon on the right-hand side of the top menu bar.
After you have reviewed the products in your cart, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the bottom right corner of the cart page.
Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, double check your shipping details to make sure your package arrives at your correct address. Then select your payment method (Interac e-Transfer or Credit Card). Click “Place Order” once you’re ready.
Once you place an order, you will see a receipt of your order with instructions on how to pay and complete your order. An email receipt will also be sent to your member email.
Once we receive your order and you complete your medical consultation, verify your photo ID, and accept the payment, we will process your order and ship it with a tracking number. Do I qualify for medicinal cannabis?

Will I have to renew my medical document?
Yes. Once your medical document expires, you will need to book another appointment with a medical professional to have it renewed. The expiry date can be found on your current medical document.
How do I pay?
At this time we accept Interac e-Transfers from Canadian banks. If you need more information on sending an Email Money Transfer, check Interac help page. If you still need help we are happy to help you with the process.
We do not accept PayPal at this time.

Once we receive your order, you will receive your receipt in the email you used to create your account. The e-transfer instructions will be included in your receipt. Please read carefully to avoid delays in processing your order.
Your photo ID must match the following:
- Name of the person that placed the order
- Name of the e-Transfer sender
Please note: It can take up to a few hours for us to receive the e-Transfer. Please be patient as it is out of our control how long it takes for the e-Transfer to be completed. Your order will be pending until we collect your payment.
* e-Transfers will not be accepted until the above requirements are met and your medical documents are completed. Once we accept your e-Transfer, your order will be packed and shipped out for delivery. You will receive a Tracking Number.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to cancel or edit an order, please e-mail us immediately at [email protected] Orders can only be edited or canceled before they are shipped out.
Are the products you offer worth the price?

How much cannabis am I allowed to carry when travelling?
On domestic flights within Canada, prescribed passengers are allowed to travel with up to 150g medical cannabis. If you are a passenger flying with medical cannabis that exceeds the recreational cannabis limit (30g or 100ml of oil), you MUST be prepared to show your medical documentation.
