Do you offer free shipping?
YES! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders below $99 are charged $15 flat rate for shipping. All orders are shipped express and come with a tracking number. We offer the lowest free shipping minimum in Canada.
I have a coupon code, how does it work?
Enter your coupon code at checkout to get the discount. Generic coupon codes apply to all products site-wide excluding already discounted products (sales & specials). Coupon codes cannot be stacked which means you can use a maximum of 1 coupon code per order.
How to Order?
Create your free member account. You must be 19+ and located in Canada. We are very strict on this policy and there are no exceptions.
Choose products from our Online Shop and then add them to your cart. You can always see your cart by clicking the cart icon on the right-hand side of the top menu bar.
After you have reviewed the products in your cart click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the bottom right corner of the cart page.
Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, double check your shipping details to make sure your package arrives at your correct address. Then select your payment method (Interac e-Transfer, Bitcoin, or Credit Card) then click “Place Order” once you’re ready.
Once you place an order, you will see a receipt of your order with instructions on how to pay and complete your order. An email receipt will also be sent to your member email.
Once we receive your order and you complete your medical consultation, verify photo ID (19+), and accept the credit card payment or Interac e-Transfer payment, we will process your order and mail it express shipping with tracking number. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, your expected delivery date is 1-3 business days. Shipping couriers do not ship on weekends or holidays.

I would like to send an e-Transfer
Once we get your order, you will receive your receipt in the email you used to create your account. The e-transfer instructions will be included in your receipt, please read carefully to avoid delays processing your order.
Please make sure your Photo ID matches the:
- Name of the person that placed the order
- Name of the e-Transfer sender
All e-Transfers will not be accepted until all the things mentioned above match and your medical documents are completed. Once Canada Med Dispensary accepts your e-transfer, your order will be packed and shipped out for delivery. You are going to get a Tracking Number. It’s that easy…
I’ve sent my E-transfer. Now what?
It can take up to a few hours for us to receive the e-Transfer, please be patient as it is out of our control how long it takes for us to receive the transfers. Your order will be pending until we collect your payment.
What will happen to my order if I don’t submit payment or complete the medical consultation?
Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to complete the medical consultation and send an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept “On Hold (Pending)” until you complete the medical consultation, we receive your e-transfer (or credit card authorization if you paid with credit card) and can verify you are at least 19 years old and live in Canada. If we do not receive your payment or verify your ID within 3 days, your order will be canceled.
Can I cancel or edit an order?
If you need to edit or cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately at [email protected] Orders can only be edited or canceled before they are shipped out.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free fast shipping and on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a $15 flat rate shipping fee. All orders are shipped expressed and come with a tracking number. Once shipped, your expected delivery date is usually within 1-3 business days in Canada.
How do you package my shipment?
We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic plain boxes to package your items. The product is vacuum-sealed and bubble wrapped for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are receiving medical cannabis. All our packages will come with a batch date indicating how fresh the flower is.
You’ll be provided a tracking number so you can track your order.
How does shipping work?
We ship all our products in airtight, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed packages. Your order will arrive in plain packaging. Your real address and name must be on the package to ensure proper delivery. Shipping to major centers takes 1-3 business days and rural locations 3-5 business days. Shipping couriers do not ship on weekends and holidays.
When does my order ship out?
Once you have completed your medical consultation the order status will be updated to “Sent to Picking”. If you did not pay with a credit card, and you chose Interac e-Transfers, it can take up to a few hours to receive and we will not ship any orders without payment. Once we receive your payment and your medical documents are available to the Licensed Producer, they will process your order within 1-3 business days. Once we drop off your package in the mail, it should only take 1-3 business days to ship.
How long will I have to wait for the medical cannabis to arrive?
It all depends on your location in Canada. We mail all items with fast express shipping. Under normal circumstances, this takes 1-3 business days. If you live in a distant rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer.
Tracking says my package has been “Successfully Delivered” but I did not get a package.
In our experience, there are a few possible reasons for this issue, among them:
- Postal workers often scan all of their packages as “successfully delivered” in the morning, then spend the day and/or the next day delivering it.
- Shipping Courier’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be a day or two off.
- Postal worker accidentally put it in the wrong mailbox.
- There can be internal issues within Shipping Couriers that may cause delays caused that are outside of our control.
- If you don’t get the package 2 days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll get the shipping courier to put a trace on your package. They will file an investigation which can take up to 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they’ll mail the package to you within a couple of days. If it’s deemed “Lost or Unrecoverable”, we’ll send you a 1-time replacement free of charge (up to $150).
It has been a while, and I still did not get my package
Shipping Courier’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be a day or two off. Please contact us if you don’t receive your package after five days past the expected delivery day. We will contact the shipping courier on behalf of our members to inquire about delays or lost packages. We do not want our members to worry about this kind of issue.
Can I order from outside of Canada?
No, we only ship within Canada. This is a strict rule without exceptions.
Do you accept orders from all provinces?

Why did you send my package sent as ‘signature required’?
As a company policy, we send any order over $500 as a signature required package.
